Shipping and Fees

Mayonette use regular TIKI service for domestic shipping, which takes about 1-2 working days to ship around Jakarta and 2-5 working days to other cities in Indonesia, depends on the destination cities.Your order will be process on our working days, from Monday to Friday within 9am – 9 pm. If payment confirmation received after 9 pm, we will consider it the next day.

We ship everyday except on weekend and public holiday.

We will deliver your order once we have received full amount transfer. We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

JAKARTA AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.

OTHER CITIES: Estimated delivery times: 2-5 working days after shipment. Delay might occur during public holidays.

RATES

Please refer to http://www.tiki-online.com for domestic rates. Different rates may sometimes occur. International rates are upon request. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Mayonette does not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after TIKI delivers to the designated address.

Customers are responsible if TIKI can’t deliver the goods on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to customer’s conditions.

Mayonette will give free shipping to the customer if we make mistakes in typing the address or different item(s) received from your order.
